Chelsey Quilliam
With over 10 years of experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist and a key member at Uprise Health, Chelsey is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results. Her treatments are tailored to each individual, using a client-centred approach that considers the whole body rather than simply treating symptoms.
Chelsey specialises in dry needling and integrates techniques such as cupping therapy and myofascial release to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve movement. She also places a strong emphasis on understanding the role of the nervous system, lifestyle factors, and overall health, recognising that these all play an important part in achieving long-term wellbeing.
Alongside Chelsey’s clinical practice, She has extensive experience working with elite athletes across a range of professional sporting organisations, including the NRL, Rugby Union, A-League, basketball, and Hockey Victoria. Chelsey is also a dry needling educator, delivering professional training courses to help other practitioners develop their skills and confidence.
Outside the clinic, Chelsey enjoys staying active, spending quality time with her nieces, and making the most of the outdoors through camping and adventure. She believes maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle allows her to bring the same energy and enthusiasm to supporting her clients in reaching their own health and performance goals.
