The TAC supports people injured in transport accidents across Victoria, including access to healthcare and rehabilitation services. We work with TAC clients to provide appropriate treatment and support throughout their recovery.

HICAPS
HICAPS is a health-claims and payments service that allows patients to process eligible private health insurance claims at participating providers. We use HICAPS to make claiming simple and convenient for our patients.

Australian Chiropractors Association (ACA)
The Australian Chiropractors Association is the peak professional association representing chiropractors across Australia. We value the ACA’s role in supporting professional standards, education and quality care within the chiropractic profession.

WorkSafe
WorkSafe Victoria supports workers who have been injured or become ill as a result of their work, including access to treatment and rehabilitation. We work with WorkSafe patients to support their recovery and return to everyday activities and work.

Medicare
Medicare is Australia’s universal healthcare system, providing eligible Australians with access to subsidised healthcare services. We help patients understand and access applicable Medicare benefits where our services are eligible. Medicare’s Chronic Condition Management framework provides structured support and Medicare rebates for Australians with long-term or terminal medical conditions. Eligible patients can access a combined total of 5 Medicare-subsidised allied health visits each calendar year

Private Health Insurance & On-the-Spot Claims

We welcome members of Bupa, Medibank, HCF and other major private health funds. For eligiable services you can claim your private health insurance benefit on the spot using HICAPS, so you only need to pay the remaining gap.
