Sports Injury Treatment
Assessment, hands-on treatment and rehabilitation to get you back to training and competition.
Whether you're a weekend runner, a club footballer or training for your first event, an injury can bring everything to a halt. Our practitioners assess the injury itself and the movement patterns and load history behind it.
Care combines hands-on treatment with a progressive rehabilitation plan, so you build the capacity to return to your sport with confidence rather than simply waiting for pain to settle.
Our approach
Detailed injury assessment
Understanding the mechanism, load history and contributing factors, not just the sore spot.
Hands-on treatment
Soft tissue therapy, dry needling, joint work and taping to settle symptoms early.
Shockwave therapy
Available at Bundoora for stubborn tendon presentations.
Progressive rehabilitation
Strength and loading programs built around your sport and training week.
Return-to-sport planning
Clear milestones so you know when to progress and when to hold.

Frequently asked questions
- How soon after an injury should I be assessed?
- Early assessment usually helps. It gives you clarity on what's happened and what to do in the first few weeks, which is often when the biggest difference is made.
- Do you provide rehab programs?
- Yes. Hands-on care is paired with an individual exercise program that progresses as your capacity improves.
- Can I claim under private health, TAC or WorkSafe?
- Private health extras can be claimed on the spot with HICAPS. We can also see TAC and WorkSafe patients — contact our team to confirm the details of your claim.
